ConsumptionCreate

توضیحات بیشتر
این متد برای ثبت فاکتور استفاده میشود و در صورت ثبت موفقیت آمیز فاکتور کد فاکتور و در غیر اینصورت عدد 0 را برمیگرداند که خروجی در قالب xml (DataTable) است
